Shipping policy

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable gel packs designed to maintain your items in good fresh condition for up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped frozen via UPS 2 day service Monday- Wednesday, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit but as long as the meat and gel packs are still cool you should be able to refreeze the meat and use as desire. All orders received on Thursday thru Sunday will be held for the following Monday.

Shipping Restrictions: we do not currently ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a street address we do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to Canada or internationally.

Tracking Information: Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. It is a good idea to check your tracking emails due to the product may arrive sooner than your expected date. You may call (888) 389-8820 between 9 am and 5 pm Central Standard Time Mon-Fri to find out the status of your order or to answer any concerns.
